For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on earrings, body jewelry, or custom-made items. This helps us ensure every piece we send out is fresh, clean, and perfect.  Your safety is our priority, and we want to guarantee that every customer gets

​​If your item arrives damaged or defective, just reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement or process a refund. Simply send us a quick message with details and a photo, and we’ll take care of the rest!

​​​For all other items, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order. As long as they’re unworn, in their original condition, and packaged as received, we’ll process your return in no time! Just keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping will be your responsibility.
